Clean hotel, comfortable beds, fresh breakfasts and professional staff. The room was fine and non-smoking with a reasonably spacious bathroom. We loved breakfast that was included. Everything was perfectly fine and met expectations.

Staff were funny, breakfast was generous, and location was prime. Generally everything was perfect, nevertheless the bathroom was so small. It took us 10 minutes to drive to this well-kept accommodation from the airport.

Exceptionally nice location, perfect rooms and very pleasant staff. And it also had gorgeous view. Particularly nice breakfast with appetising food. Loved Florence, the hotel was nice. The excellent service and the attention to detail were stand outs!
